Founder

Ashmeet Singh

Ashmeet is responsible for overall management, transaction origination, execution and post investment value management.

Before establishing AEP, Ashmeet was working as a Director in his family owned business Swift Corporation Limited - manufacturer and exporter of hand-crafted textiles in India.

Prior to that Ashmeet was living and working in New York City as a Corporate Finance Manager for noteworthy companies such as The Estee Lauder Companies and Technicolor UK.

Ashmeet holds a degree in Economics and Business from New York University.

Eligibility

AEP requires a minimum investment of 2.0M AED per investor for project specific investors. These can be made either personally or through a company. We provide assistance in structuring investments according to our investors' preferences. Additionally, we conduct a thorough Know Your Customer (KYC) process in compliance with UAE's Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations as per Federal Decree No. 20 of 2018.

Security

AEP guarantees complete protection of the invested funds via Share Certificates, Share-Purchase Agreements, and Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs), ensuring utmost satisfaction and contentment among our investors.
